About
I’m Chris Oxley, a wedding videographer filming in London, across the UK and beyond. I build each film from what was said on the day: your vows, the speeches, the things you only half heard. The music comes after.
Jennifer and I married in 2015 without a filmmaker. Our son has asked to see our wedding film. There isn’t one. I do this because I know exactly what it means not to have it.
You deal with me from the first call to the final delivery.

How I work
We talk before you book: a proper call with both of you, usually on video. Then a questionnaire a few weeks out and a catch-up the week of the wedding. I turn up knowing who your parents are, who’s speaking, and what to leave alone.
Mostly observing. Active when it counts. I won’t make you act. If I see good light, a quiet corridor or a walk worth filming, I’ll suggest it, and it takes a couple of minutes. I’ve usually never met your photographer before the morning. By the afternoon, your guests will assume we always work together.
Your ceremony and speeches are recorded with proper microphones, so every word is kept, and you get them in full alongside your film. Every film is graded with the tools used to finish feature films: film texture, rich colour and real skin tones.
Everything is backed up, with a copy off site, until your film is delivered. A page shows where your film sits in the editing queue, so you never need to chase. Your films arrive online in full quality, yours to download, keep and share.
